The terms and conditions apply to general use of intellectual property of the EGJJF, as well as our Privacy Policy and the EGJJF Code of Ethics, users and members of the Site. Specifically, these Terms of Use govern the relationship between the EGJJF and its Members (as defined below). The EGJJF will not be bound by any additional or different terms on any documents that are inconsistent with the terms contained herein. By using the Site and our Services, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms of Use on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the Terms of Use’s effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, please do not use or access the Site. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms of Use.
You may use the Site and our intellectual property solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise in writing permitted by the EGJJF. The right to use our Site, in specific the member area, is not transferrable. All rights are reserved by the EGJJF. You acquire no rights or licenses in or to the Site and materials contained therein other than the limited right to utilize the Site in accordance with these Terms of Use.
When you download text, audio, or video content from the Site, the EGJJF grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download or stream such content to your computer and/or your mobile device solely for your personal non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use such content in any other manner. You may not sell, transfer, lease, modify, distribute or publicly perform such content in any manner and you may not exploit it commercially.
You acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible to register themselves as EGJJF members. Your parent or guardian must register on your behalf, using their own personal information.
Any and all information that we obtain from you, or from transactions processed through the Site, including without limitation names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and/or financial information, and any other information concerning use, transactions, and traffic through the Site may be collected and used by us as provided in our Privacy Policy.
In order to access some features of the Site and become a registered member (“Member”), you will have to create a EGJJF account. You may never use another individuals’ account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify the EGJJF immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You hereby authorize the EGJJF to charge all amounts owed to the EGJJF hereunder, to the credit card, bank account, PayPal account or other payment account you provide to the EGJJF. Questions regarding charges must be brought to the attention of the EGJJF within fifty one (51) days after the end of the questioned billing period. Charges beyond fifty one (51) days old are not subject to review. All sales are final. Payments are collected by EGJJF and/or it’s financial partner(s).
All memberships are non-refundable and can only be terminated after the initial period of one year. Termination of your membership can be done via your EGJJF member portal or via e-mail, info@egjjf.com.
All merchandise purchased in the EGJJF webshop can be returned within 7 days after you’ve received the item. The item must be in the original packaging and unworn/unused in order to get a full refund. The cost of returning an item is at customers expense.
All events purchased in the EGJJF webshop will not be refunded, only if mentioned otherwise. However, if the EGJJF cancels an event, you will receive a full refund. Event tickets can not be transferred to other members without consulting the EGJJF.
You represent, warrant and agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including without limitation copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material. You further agree that you may not use the Site in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site. In addition, you agree not to use the Site to:

The EGJJF respects the rights of all copyright holders and in this regard, the EGJJF has adopted and implemented a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of Members who infringe the rights of copyright holders. As stated in the European Law (GDPR) we follow our Privacy Protocol and have agreements with all parties who might affect your Privacy. Of course, you can delete your information from the Site, and close your account at any time, in which event we will remove all our copies of your information from the Site, and remove your profile and account information, except for an archival copy which is not accessible on the Internet.
